Thank you for choosing Plumeria Scents for your home fragrance needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase for any candles that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If you would like to return your candle(s), please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 15 days of your purchase date to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the candle(s).
  4. Once we receive the returned candle(s) and confirm that they are in unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for candles that have been burned or damaged. Additionally, we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
